Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise for people of all ages, but for those getting closer to their menopausal, or even retirement years - it ticks all the boxes.

Our ground-floor studio is easy to access, and our Pilates GOLD classes are specially designed to safely target the most important elements of exercise in a more ‘mature’ adult:

  • Low impact - our exercises are not harsh on your joints.

  • Weight bearing - to maintain/increase your bone density.

  • Strength & flexibility - to improve your ability to complete everyday tasks.

  • Balance focused - to help you feel more balanced and more confident.

All of these components can assist with chronic diseases such as arthritis, heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and Osteoporosis.

Our Pilates GOLD Instructors are constantly there to supervise, modify, or progress exercises, to ensure you find it pain free, challenging, and fun!

Pilates GOLD classes run three times weekly:

  • Monday 2pm with Ellen

  • Wednesdays 11am with Kirsten

  • Thursdays 11am with Ellen.

Classes are $20 each, or $19 if bought in a pack. No pre assessment is required, however if you would prefer to see our Physio for a health screening prior to starting, we can easily book that in.
