bodyBEgood has a variety of class options available - including classes to help people with injuries or rehabilitation, as well as classes for those who want to try Pilates for fitness, fun, and to work up a sweat!

Our classes fuse traditional Pilates teachings with the latest in sport & exercise science, and physiotherapy research, to provide each and every client with a challenging, rewarding and fun workout, whatever their background.

Do you suffer from back pain? Neck pain? A dodgy knee? Are you keen to start exercising, but you are not sure how to begin? 

Clinical Rehab Classes provides a safe, challenging workout, completely tailored to you and your body.

We LOVE working with Pre & Postnatal ladies. We offer specialised Pre- & Postnatal Physio Exercise classes, as well as a structured 5-week Postnatal course. Both have a strong focus on core, pelvic floor, and posture muscles - so important in pregnancy & beyond. 

Classes can be attended on a casual basis, or booked as a block - whichever suits you better.

A Physio assessment is required before joining our Pre & Postnatal classes. 

reformer PILATES

Are you injury free, but want to strengthen and tone your body? Have you tried Pilates before, but found it a bit boring? 

We offer a range of Reformer classes, and we've got one that's perfect for you!

We treat sports injuries, spinal pain, work injuries, women's and men's health, chronic pain, and more.
