At bodyBEgood, all Pregnancy Pilates classes are led by experienced Women's Health Physios who understand how pregnancy changes your body, and how best to adapt your exercise along the way.
How Do I Start Pregnancy Pilates?

Before joining classes, you'll meet 1:1 with one of our Women's Health Physiotherapists.
We'll chat about your pregnancy, your exercise history and any concerns you may have, then make sure you're ready to start, and recommend the right class for you.

Your Questions, Answered

Your 1:1 Pregnancy Physio Assessment is $112, and may be claimable under Physiotherapy cover, on your private health insurance.

A casual Pregnancy Pilates class is $36.
We also have memberships available, for 1, or 2 classes per week.
Our most popular option for our pregnant clients is 2 classes a week, for $54 ($27 per class).
1 class / week = $32
2 class / week = $54

Currently, Pregnancy Pilates classes run:
Tuesdays at 10:15am
Tuesdays at 6:30pm
Wednesdays at 9:15am
Fridays at 2pm
Saturdays at 8am

No! Definitely not. We will teach you all you need to know!
Lots of our Pregnancy Pilates clients start Reformer for the first time during pregnancy, so we are very skilled in ensuring you feel safe, supported and challenged by our classes.

We recommend checking directly with your health fund, before starting classes, as this differs from fund to fund.
Usually, classes can be claimed under the code 561, as part of physiotherapy extras.
