PRE & POSTNATAL exercise classes

Are you pregnant, and really want to have an active, strong and fit pregnancy?

Or - have you had a baby, and feel totally lost about how to get back to exercise?

If so, you’re in the right place!

At bodyBEgood, we LOVE helping Mums-to-be, new Mums, and ‘not-so-new’ Mums, become stronger, through pregnancy and beyond.

Our classes are taught by Physios with extensive training in pre & postnatal exercise, and pelvic health.

You’ll get a great workout, that is safe and targeted to pregnancy.

We have two class types:

  • ‘Pre & Postnatal’, which is perfect for pregnant women, and for early postpartum.

  • You can start these any time during your pregnancy.

Or

  • Strong Mums’, which is the ‘next step’.

  • These classes are for Mums at least 12 weeks postpartum. They provide a more challenging workout, to help you get back to doing all the things you loved, before you were pregnant.

how do i get started?

  • Before you join our classes, you’ll first attend our studio for a 1:1 assessment with one of our friendly Physios.

  • This allows us to get to know you. We have a thorough chat about your pregnancy and/or birth, health and fitness, injury history, Pilates experience, and any goals you have.

  • We can show you around the studio, and familiarise you with the Pilates equipment.

  • This is a 30 minute appointment, and costs $97 (health insurance rebates apply’).

how much are classes?

  • $35 for a casual pass

  • 5 or 10 Class packs available ($165 or $320).

  • But our best value pass is a Monthly Membership 👇🏻

What else do I need to know?

  • Classes run for 45 minutes.

  • During class, the Physio is constantly monitoring you - explaining what you need to do, what you should be feeling, and changing/modifying exercises, depending on your ability and your stage of pregnancy.

  • Babies are welcome to come along to class with you.

  • Some babies will lie on a yoga mat beside Mum, or in a pram or capsule, and some Mums will pop up a portacot beside their reformer for their bub to play in during class. We don’t mind which option suits you best!
