Definitely! So many of the women who start with our 3 week intro have never done Pilates.
We recommend booking our Gold Reformer classes to get you started - they are perfect for beginners.

No! You don’t need to be fit to start Pilates.
Everyone has to start somewhere - our instructors will modify exercises to meet you where you’re at.

You’ve chosen the right place! Our Pilates studio is a Physio-run facility.
If you have a current injury, we recommend you get in touch first, so we can chat in more detail about the best way to start at bodyBEgood.
Often, that is with a Physio assessment first.

Ideally, you’d fit in 3 classes each week.
It’s a great idea to try a variety of our instructors and class types, to really get a feel for what you like best, and what suits you best.

A positive attitude!
Clothes that are comfortable to exercise in.
And, please bring socks (preferabbly grippy socks, but if not, we have these available in the studio), and a water bottle.
No towel required.
