Our classes are run by experienced Women’s Health Physios, so you can keep moving, feel strong, and know you’re doing what’s right for your changing body.

How Do I Start Classes?

  • You’ll start with a 1:1 assessment with one of our Physios, where we’ll discuss your pregnancy and/or birth, health, injury history, as well as test your movement and strength.

  • Following your assessment, we will let you know the best class for you to start in.

    For Pregnancy, it will be our Pre & Postnatal classes.

    If you’re postpartum, it will depend on your stage of recovery, and how strong you are, whether you start in the Pre & Postnatal, or go straight in our Strong Mums Postnatal classes.
