Why Is Clinical Pilates So Good…?

  • Tailored To You, From The Start

At bodyBEgood, we start with a thorough one-on-one assessment, so we know your body, and build a program entirely about you.

  • Ongoing Review & Adjustment

Your progress matters — we continually review and modify your exercises, to keep you moving forward. Doing the same thing, all the time, won’t get you stronger!

  • Focused on your goals

Whether you have a current injury, or you just want to feel better in your own body, Clinical Pilates at bodyBEgood will target the areas and issues that are important to you.

How Do I Get Started?

  • We begin with a 1:1 assessment where we’ll chat about your history, test your movement and strength, and start designing a program that’s tailored just for you.

Online bookings isn’t available for Initial Assessments for Clinical Pilates.

Please use the ‘book now’ button to email us your enquiry, and we will get in touch to discuss further.

Many of our classes are fully booked months in advance, and we like to check that we have availability in a class time that suits you, before we book your assessment.

  • Next, you’ll meet 1:1 with your Physio in our Pilates studio, for 2 further sessions, to learn the basics of your program, get familiar with the equipment, and build confidence before joining a group.

  • When you’re ready, you’ll move into our small, physio-supervised group sessions — with a maximum of five clients, so you still get plenty of support and individual attention.

 FAQs

  • No! You can book your initial assessment directly with us. If you have a referral or any medical reports from your doctor, feel free to bring them along — they can help us better understand your needs.

(We do recommend that you speak with us before you book an Initial Assessment, just to check that we have availability in a class time that suits your schedule. Many of our Clinical classes are fully booked several months in advance)

  • We recommend wearing comfy, stretchy clothing that you can move easily in (like leggings and a t-shirt or tank). We ask all clients to wear socks in the studio. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

  • This is very dependent on your own goals and needs, which we’ll chat about during your assessment. Most clients will attend 1–2 times per week for optimal results, but we’ll help you work out the right plan for you.

  • Most health funds will allow you to claim classes with a Physio under Extras cover. We recommend checking with your insurer, and we’re happy to provide the details you need to do so.

  • An Initial Assessment for Clinical Pilates is $103.

    Individual Private Sessions are $93.

    Casual Clinical Classes are $46.

Clinical Classes booked in a term package are $42 each.
