  • Pre & Postnatal

    x1 Class per week – $30/week

    x2 Class per week – $52/week

    Add an extra class for $25 (members only)

    Safe, physio-led classes for pregnancy & postpartum

Here are the details our members ask about most often…

  • Don’t worry - classes roll over! And you have 30 days to use any rolled-over classes.

  • Yes - any time. There’s a 2 week minimum sign up, but after that, all we need is 72 hours notice to cancel or pause any membership.

  • By easy, weekly direct debit, from your nominated credit card.
