in Term 4.

What is the process for rebooking?

  1. Have a look at the blue timetable, and decide which class you want for Term 4.

  2. Fill out the booking request form, with your preference.

  3. We’ll let you know ASAP re availability in your preferred class. Preference is given to those who’ve already been attending that class the previous term.

  4. Once availability confirmed, please finalise payment (options are listed below).

  5. Once you’ve made payment, your classes will be booked, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the dates of your bookings.

  • Sure - just click here to see the new timetable.

  • You have 2 options for booking Clinical classes.

    • Reserve the same class each week, for the whole term. For this option, classes are $42 each.

    or

    • Book Casually. If booking casually, classes are $46 each, and can be booked up to one week in advance (not 2 weeks ahead, like in previous terms).

  • Term 4 starts on

    • Monday October 6th,

    and runs for 11 weeks,

    • Ending Friday December 19th.

  • Term 4 is an 11 week term.

  • A Term Pass to attend 1 class each week for the term (11 classes in total) = $462 ($42 per class).

    If you’d rather just book casually (instead of for the full term), each class is $46.

    Casual classes can be booked up to 1 week in advance.

  • Term Fees can be paid either upfront (online or in person) or by fortnightly direct debit.

    Term fees are due by Friday September 19.

    Please make sure that you have received a confirmation of availability in your preferred class before you make payment.
